Delivery Policy

Delivery Information (Local Delivery)

(A) Delivery Fees and Time:

  1. Enjoy delivery service for orders over HKD 1,000 to business and residential addresses (*additional shipping fee for remote areas).

  2. Enjoy office pick-up service for orders over HKD 600 after discounts.

    In case of any disputes, Ambrosia Universal Trading Ltd. (Singwaihall) reserves the final decision.

    (B) Delivery Method:

    1. After online checkout, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the order details. The logistics department will arrange for shipment through a third-party logistics company, and the delivery personnel will try to deliver to the specified location according to the delivery time noted on the order (if any).

    2. The transportation company will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm delivery one day prior to delivery.

    3. If delivery fails, the items will be returned to our office in Tsuen Wan, and customers must collect them. If the items are not collected within 7 days of the storage period, the order will be deemed forfeited, and payment and items will not be refunded.

    4. Any costs incurred due to customer actions will be borne by the customer.

    5. In case of any disputes, Ambrosia Universal Trading Ltd. (Singwaihall) reserves the final decision.

    (C) Tracking Packages:

    1. Customers using business or residential delivery services can call or WhatsApp during office hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) for inquiries.

    (D) Important Notes and Delivery Terms:

    • Delivery services may be delayed or rearranged in case of a No. 8 or higher typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning.
    • To protect customers, third-party logistics will only deliver to the address specified on the order.
    • If the recipient entrusts someone else to collect the items, Ambrosia Universal Trading Ltd. (Singwaihall) and the third-party logistics company will not be responsible for any associated risks or losses.
    • Once an order is confirmed, no information, including the delivery address, can be changed. For assistance, please contact us.
    • Recipients should verify the items as soon as they are received. If any damage occurs due to non-human factors or if the packaging is damaged during transportation, please contact us immediately after signing for the items to arrange for a return or exchange. Details can be found in the return and refund policy.
    • If customers provide an incorrect business or residential address, we will not be responsible for any issues arising during the delivery of the items.
    • Items must be signed for to be considered received.
    • The third-party logistics company will make every reasonable effort to deliver the items before the promised delivery date; you acknowledge and confirm that all deliveries may be subject to delays.
    • Delivery to the specified address in the order, regardless of whether it is signed for by the designated recipient, will be considered as completed.
    • All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the supplier's product availability. If we are unable to provide any ordered items or services, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify customers via phone or email before delivery.
    • Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be treated as orders for the next day’s processing.
    • Delivery times do not include Sundays and public holidays.
    • We will deliver within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
    • If an order is confirmed after the cut-off time on the day before a public holiday or during the holiday period, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly; please pay attention to the delivery time provided by the system before confirming the order.
    • Delivery times may be affected by the unavailability of individual products or delays in delivery.
    • Some remote areas may require longer delivery times; please pay attention to related notes when ordering.
    • The delivery times listed above apply only under normal circumstances. During adverse weather, typhoons, or other factors, shipping times will be delayed, and such situations are not covered by our service commitments. Ambrosia Universal Trading Ltd. (Singwaihall) cannot guarantee delivery times.
    • Customers must comply with the import regulations and restrictions of the receiving country/region (prohibited/restricted items, etc.). If there are prohibited items in the order that encounter customs holds or losses during transportation, refund requests will not be processed, and any legal issues will be the customer's responsibility.
