Return/Exchange/Order Cancellation Policy (Hong Kong)
- For customers who have already made payment and wish to cancel their orders for a refund, the following fees will apply:
- Orders paid via bank transfer, cheque, or FPS will incur a fee of either 5% or HK$20, whichever is higher.
- Orders paid via PayMe will incur a fee of either 2% or HK$20, whichever is higher. - If an order is canceled due to company reasons, such as delays, out-of-stock items, discontinued products, or inventory errors, the above fees will be waived.
- If a customer wishes to cancel an order to make changes, they must contact the company first. If the order change is successful, the above fees will be waived.
- For pre-order items, once payment has been made to the supplier, the company may refuse the customer's cancellation request.
- Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. Late requests will not be processed.
- The product and its packaging must remain intact and unused. However, reasonable testing and unavoidable packaging damage are exceptions. The company reserves the right to interpret this clause.
- If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue with the product, the company will be responsible for retrieving the item.
- If the customer cannot cooperate with the company's arrangement to retrieve the product within 14 days of making the request, the customer will be considered to have forfeited the request and will have no further claims against the company.
- The company reserves the right to only issue refunds without exchanges.
- Customers bear all losses incurred due to the inability to use the product during the exchange or return process.
【Exclusions】
- If a product is marked as non-returnable, it will not be accepted for return.
- If a customer chooses to return an item after delivery for reasons other than product quality, the company will deduct a handling fee from the refund. Customers must return the item to the company's office. If the company is requested to retrieve the item, fees will be deducted from the refund based on actual costs.
- (excluding shipping):
- Order Value HK$500 - HK$1499: HK$100
- Order Value HK$1500 - HK$2499: HK$160
- Order Value HK$2500 and above: HK$250 - Customers who choose to pick up products will incur handling fees (as calculated above).
- External packaging (including boxes and packaging) may be damaged during transit. If such damage does not affect the product itself, it will not be considered a quality issue. Customers requesting a return will need to pay for shipping.
- Each order is permitted only one exchange. If issues persist after the exchange, customers can only request a refund.
- The company may, at its discretion, accept return or exchange requests for items with damaged packaging, but will charge appropriate repackaging fees.
- The company will retrieve the product within 7 working days after confirming the return/exchange with the customer. Same-day or urgent requests are not available. If the customer needs pickup for an exchange that was originally self-picked, additional shipping fees will apply.
- The product's assembly status must match that at the time of purchase. The company will return an item in the same condition as purchased. If the customer cannot return the product in its original state (unassembled items must be returned unassembled and with the original packaging; assembled items must be returned assembled), additional shipping fees will apply, and the company reserves the right to require the customer to return the item by themselves.
- The company only offers one exchange service. If the exchanged item still has issues, the company will collect the product and issue a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or cheque.
- Customers will receive their refund within 10 working days after the company receives the returned item. If the company finds that the returned item does not comply with the return/exchange terms, it will deduct an appropriate amount from the refund based on the condition of the item or refuse to issue a refund.
