"Sing Wai Hall" Membership Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the membership program operated by Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited ("Sing Wai Hall") and are binding on all members of the program ("the Club"). By registering as a member of the Club, the applicant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions (including any amendments that may take effect from time to time).1) Membership
1.1 To provide membership services, the applicant agrees to allow the company to use the personal information provided in the membership registration form for daily operations, such as identity verification, record-keeping, handling member information, and responding to inquiries or complaints made by or on behalf of the member.
1.2 Some promotional activities are limited to members who meet specific criteria. The Club reserves the right to impose eligibility restrictions on members participating in any special promotional activities, and all members participating in such activities must accept any specific terms and conditions specified by the Club regarding those activities.
1.3 To change personal information, customers may email info@singwaihall.com. When requesting changes, please provide 1. the registered name and 2. the registered email.
1.4 Members may notify the Club in writing to terminate their membership. This can be done via letter or email. When requesting cancellation, please provide 1. the registered name and 2. the registered email. The Club will remove the member's personal information from its records within 7 working days upon receiving the request.
1.5 Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited (Sing Wai Hall) reserves the absolute right to modify the membership benefits and program terms and conditions of Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited (Sing Wai Hall) and will notify members of such changes in any manner it deems appropriate. All members shall be bound by the amended terms and conditions of the membership program.
1.6 In cases of misconduct, fraud, improper use of membership benefits, or failure to comply with the Club's terms and conditions, Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited (Sing Wai Hall) reserves the absolute right (with or without notice) to terminate any member's membership and electronic vouchers, and will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred.
1.7 Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited (Sing Wai Hall) reserves the absolute right to terminate its operations at any time, under reasonable circumstances, by giving reasonable notice without providing any reasons. All rights and benefits of the members will cease immediately. Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited (Sing Wai Hall) will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result.
1.8 Members have no right to participate in the organization, operation, or management of the company, nor do they have any rights or claims over any property of the Club.
1.9 Except for Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited (Sing Wai Hall) and its affiliated companies, no third party has the right to enforce or exercise any rights or benefits conferred by these terms and conditions based on the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance. However, the revocation or amendment of these terms and conditions does not require the consent of any third party.
2) Membership Benefits Program Details
2.1 Members of the membership program must log in to their membership account and enter the relevant promo code (if applicable) before placing an order to receive the benefits.
2.2 All data or records will be based on the company’s computer database.
2.3 In case of any disputes, the final decision of Ambrosia Universal Trading Limited (Sing Wai Hall) shall prevail.
2.4 In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.

7) Membership Registration

If your membership registration expires or the membership program is terminated, we will retain your personal data for no more than 2 years before deleting it. If you provide written instructions to cancel your membership, your personal data will be removed immediately, and our company will delete your personal data from our records within 7 working days upon receiving your instruction.
